Our coffee begins in Colombia withAsociación de Productores Orgánicos de Santander Kachalú, a community of producers committed to growing coffee with care and respect for the land.

Cultivated across elevations ranging from1,000 to 2,000 meters, these coffees are shaped by the unique growing conditions of the region. Various cultivars come together to create a coffee that represents both its producers and its Colombian origin.
